Now you see it.

Joy to the world, the Lord has come.
Rejoice in all that you do.
We are here—the many—and happy that everything is new.

We are in time, peace, and harmony with all mankind.
We are one in all we do.
Joy to the world. We are. We are.

We feel much better.
Yes, I do.
I am in my space of peace and contentment.
I am beloved, sought after.
I am love.
I am grateful for all that I have.
I am allowed to be as I am.
I am at peace with myself and all that I choose to do.
I am healthy and happy in my skin.
I am tranquil in my appearance and image.
I love who I am
And rejoice that I am here on this Earth.
My gifts are many and valued.
My friends are cherished and helpful.
We are in abundance,
And little can please me or make me fear.

I am in flow.
I am in the moment.
We are in flow—body and spirit.
My mind, my soul, rejoices and sings the voice of the Universe.
I am creation.
I am the ocean.
I am deeply loved.
I am living deeply.
I am beauty and strength.
I am life and laughter.
I am all I can be, will be, and want to be.

I am.
I exist.
Because I exist.
I do what I am meant to do in this moment, in this time and space.
I am free—from form, from weight.
I am free from constructs and ego.
I am free to fly and die.
I am free to go deep or remain on the surface.
I am free.

We are all one—with all else.
We are one in our unity, our reflection.
We are one in the love we create.
We are love, and love is us.
We are one with a world that needs us.
We are one with all that breathes.
We are one with God and Devil.
We are one with angels and saints.
We are one with child and parent.
We are one with ancestors and descendants.

We are one.

We sit and share with each other
The wisdom of the past,
The wisdom of memory,
The time of stillness,
The peace of movement.

We sit and share what is in our hearts—what is kindness.
We sit and share what is present in our now.
We reset and share our inner truth,
Our core of being,
Our way of being.
How beautiful, yes—just being.

We sit and share our shame and fears.
We sit and share our turmoil and misunderstanding.
We sit and share our tears,
That fill the ocean and replenish with love.

Love that is all around us.
Love that is in every cell.
Love that is calling us to a higher plane of being.
Love that sees us as we truly are.
Love that does not harm or hurt.

We wear this love in time, in tune with its purpose:
To not harm.

We are living in awareness.
Open your eyes.
See what is now.

In body, mind, and spirit,
