Movement is Stillness at Peace
Slip and slide quietly as you go.
There is no need to herald your comings and goings.
There is no need to trumpet your movement.
It is a time for silence.
A time for being still.
Do not move yet.
Do not speak or take action — it will only hurt you.
Be at peace first.
Without wanting, then you can move.
Be at peace without future expectations, then you can move.
Be at peace without retribution, then you can move.
Be at peace.
Be at peace.
Be at peace.
Each piece is needed to be at peace.
Every bit falls into place and you are at peace.
Know every bit that comes your way, and you are at peace.
Being at peace means seeing what is now.
Being at peace means stillness in the now.
We are always moving — in mind, body, and spirit.
Many have all there and are getting nowhere,
because how can you move constantly without leaving your space?
We are all here in this space, but never still.
Never at peace.
We want peace if it is given to us.
It is always there and will always be ready.
It is as easy as saying:
I am peace. I am love. I am stillness.
As you are, you are all that you say.
You are all that you say.
I am peace.
I am stillness.
I am love.
I am forgiveness.
We all pass through the same things —
the same fears, the same frantic pace of life.
Be still, and you will be at peace.
There is nothing else to be done.
Be still, and you will see what is moving.
You will see what is in motion.
Is it the right motion for you?
Does it move in the right direction?
Does it have the right rhythm?
We are all moving at the same speed.
No one can stop.
Some move faster, some slower,
but you cannot move from a position of movement —
you only move from a position of stillness.
Motion is movement from a position of movement.
We move constantly, but still it is in this fear.
Move from stillness, and it is an action.
Move from stillness, and it has purpose.
Move from stillness, and you will see a change in direction.
Move from movement, and there’s no change in direction,
no change in speed,
no change in position.
People are constantly moving — but where to?
Do you know where to?
It is so funny that people move
and don’t even know that they have moved.
Once stillness is present, then you can move.
Once stillness is present, then any movement is right.
Any movement is noticed.
Be at peace.
Be still and see what moves.
Be still and see what doesn’t move.
Be still and see where movement is wakeful and watchful.
Be still and you will see every single slight movement and change.
Be still and you will see what is at peace and what is not.
Be still and do not want to move — then movement will be easy.
Movement will be automatic.
Movement will be graceful.
Movement will be at peace. Movement will be stillness.
Movement will bring you closer and further.
Movement will take you where you need to be.
