Petty, it will keep you small, not immense.
Be out there in the sunshine,
the rain, the clouds, and the weather.
Be out there and live all that is life around you,
see, speak, breathe, smell, taste all that happens around you.
Be one with your world, your leaves, your trees.
Be one with everything the sun touches.

be one with source.
Do you want with the energy that gives life?
Do not hide in dark rooms or dingy alcoves,
it will never for you.
It will not nourish you.
It will not let you see.
The wonders that all living creatures are.
It will not let you be all that you need to be.
